Casting Machines From 400 To 850 Tons TDI has cold chamber machines to produce castings of under 1 oz. to over 11 lbs. We use pre-heated modules, and oil heaters to maintain consistent temperatures and allow faster, more uniform die set-up, longer die life and consistent quality. We have the flexibility to handle various alloys including 380, 360, 383, 413, ZA12 and ZA27. Process control achieved via stand-alone process monitoring (each machine)
